    MW Components – Addison Fasteners is a leading provider of stock and custom cold-headed fasteners, serving OEMs and high-volume distributors. Our facility specializes in legacy machinery optimized for high-output production, offering flexible order quantities and a broad catalog of components.

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking an aggressive and positive Sales Team Lead with a proven track record in sales and leadership. This role will drive performance across a team of five, including 2 Customer Service Representatives and 3 Inside Sales Associates, while also representing the company at trade shows and customer visits (10% travel).

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and mentor a team of 5 sales and service professionals.

     

    Drive high performance and accountability across the team.

     

    Manage and grow OEM and distribution accounts with a focus on high-volume catalog products.

     

    Negotiate contracts and pricing with a hunger to close deals.

     

    Support team members in complex negotiations and customer interactions.

     

    Represent the company at trade shows and customer sites (approx. 10% travel).

     

    Collaborate with operations to align sales goals with production capabilities.

    -3-5 years of sales leadership experience

     

    -Job longevity is important/stability

     

    -Needs to have strong leadership

     

    -Need to be high performing

     

    -"Aggressive & Positive"

     

    -Hungry for negotiation/willing to help team

     

    -Supporting 5 individuals

     

    -2 customer service/3 inside sales as far as titling- business is distribution/high catalog things

    -Machines are older/good at high volume/OEM stuff

    -Ideally would be fastener manufacturing- nuts, bolts, screws, etc.- components

     

    -10% on road- trade shows or customers -Formal sales training

     

    -Business Degree
