    Skills and Requirements

    • Lead backend development efforts using Python and Java, applying modern design patterns and domain-driven design principles

    • Contribute to frontend development using React (10–20% of the role)

    • Architect and deploy solutions on AWS, leveraging cloud-native services

    • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and delivery teams to build scalable, maintainable systems

    • Challenge the status quo and bring fresh thinking to technical and process decisions

    • Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
