    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to sit 5 days on-site in Redmond, WA for a leading space technology company to join its digital experience team, which supports millions of global users through innovative web and mobile platforms. This team is responsible for building intuitive interfaces that help users manage their services, troubleshoot issues, and interact with support—all while maintaining high performance and reliability.

    Role Overview

    As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in developing scalable, responsive applications that power customer-facing tools and internal support systems. You’ll work across the stack—from front-end interfaces to backend services—within a microservices architecture deployed in a containerized environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Build and maintain modern, high-performance web applications using TypeScript and React.

     

    - Develop backend services using .NET and other object-oriented languages.

     

    - Ensure system reliability and fault tolerance at scale through robust design and monitoring.

     

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve architecture, design, and code quality.

     

    - Implement observability tools to support data-driven decisions and proactive issue resolution.

     

    - Contribute to user experience enhancements through thoughtful design and problem-solving.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 1+ years of experience in full-stack development; or 3+ years of equivalent professional experience.

     

    - Proficiency in languages such as Python, C#, Go, Java, or Scala.

     

    - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

     

    - Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.

     

    - Strong database skills (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

     

    Knowledge of performance profiling and optimization.

     

    Experience with build tools and package managers (e.g., npm, pip, Gradle).

     

    Comfort working in UNIX-like environments.
