At **Sodexo Campus Segment** , we believe in supporting both our clients and our teams to achieve excellence. We’re seeking a **General Manager 4 – Food Service** for **Boston University’s Fenway Campus** in **Boston, Massachusetts** .

This role is ideal for a leader with strong operational expertise, a passion for mentoring teams, and the ability to balance hands-on involvement with strategic oversight. You will oversee a **residential dining program and multiple retail units** , ensuring an exceptional dining experience for students, faculty, and staff, while managing a **unionized workforce** .

+ Lead daily food service operations across residential and retail dining.

+ Deliver high-quality culinary and customer service experiences.

+ Achieve financial goals and maintain budget accountability.

+ Build and strengthen client and customer relationships.

+ Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service.

+ Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes growth and teamwork.

+ Ensure Sodexo standards, policies, and safety requirements are consistently met.
