    **Looking for a flexible, people-focused role on campus?** Harvard Recreation, managed by HealthFitness, is hiring part-time **Front Desk Attendants** on campus in **Cambridge, MA** . Be the friendly face that welcomes members and helps create a positive, engaging environment—on your schedule.

     

    Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. Other duties as-needed/assigned.

     

    **Part-time** : 4-10 hours/week

    **Schedule:** Shifts available in 2-3 hours increments during the following days and times:

    **Sundays** 6pm-11:15pm

    **Mondays** 6pm-8pm

    **Wednesdays** 10am-10:15pm

    **Thursdays** 8pm-10:15pm

    **Saturdays** 3pm-8:15pm

    Minimum Requirements

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Previous customer service experience a plus.

    + Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 90 days of hire. _Note: certification must have an in-person component/OSHA compliant and not 100% online._

     

    Compensation: $13 - $15/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
