General Summary
Supports the WS-BRUSH (Bridging Resident experiences and Underserved Services for oral Health) initiative, a strategic collaboration between WellSpan Health (WS) and Family First Health (FFH), designed to address dental workforce shortages and improve access to oral health care for underserved, rural, and special needs populations in Central Pennsylvania. Coordinates the administration of the York Hospital General Practice Residency in Dentistry (GPRD) embedding residents into community-based settings and supporting program goals, deliverables, and accreditation standards. Oversees grant funded projects, ensuring grant deliverables are met while overseeing administrative aspects of the awarded grant, including tracking and reporting grant finances, key performance metrics, and project outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
+ Residency Program Administration: Manages daily operations of the GPRD program, including scheduling, documentation, and resident communications. Coordinates onboarding, orientation, and rotation planning for residents placed at FFH and other community-based organizations (CBOs). Ensures residency site assignments and training activities meet CODA accreditation standards.
+ Grant Management: Oversees the allocation, utilization, and reporting of grant funds in accordance with organizational and federal funder requirements. Ensures compliance with all grant terms, including Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) deliverables.
+ Project Oversight and Performance Monitoring: Manages grant-funded initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives and the HRSA-approved BRUSH project work plan. Tracks key performance indicators to assess project effectiveness and recommends improvements. Maintains accurate records and prepares performance and impact reports for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Fosters strong relationships with grant providers, site partners, and internal teams. Coordinates communication across project teams to ensure transparency and alignment. Provides routine updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
+ Program Evaluation and Compliance: Monitors patient service metrics and analyzes resident survey data to assess program impact. Prepares reports for funders and internal leadership and support documentation for CODA accreditation. Maintains awareness of regulatory requirements and ensures ongoing compliance.
+ Sustainability and Strategic Development: Supports the development of infrastructure to sustain program initiatives beyond initial grant periods. Assists in finalizing and managing sub-awards and expanding CODA-approved residency sites serving underserved populations.

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
+ Bachelors Degree Public health, healthcare administration, education, or related field Required
+ Masters Degree Public health, healthcare administration, education, or related field Preferred
Work Experience:
+ 2 years Program and or grant coordination, preferably in healthcare or education Required
Driver's License Statement:
Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate complex grant requirements.
