About the Role
As an **Operator I** at ADM Animal Nutrition in Sugarcreek, OH, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality livestock feed. This is a hands-on position where you’ll stay active throughout the day, operate equipment, and work closely with a **small, supportive team that values teamwork and reliability** . What You’ll Do
+ Operate equipment and power industrial equipment to move bagged/bulk materials.
+ Follow safety and quality standards every day.
+ Self motivated and directed housekeepings.
+ Work closely with your team to get the job done.
What We’re Looking For
+ Dependable attendance and punctuality.
+ Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. regularly.
+ Forklift experience.
+ CDL (Class A or B) a plus, but not required.
+ Basic math and computer skills.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
