About the Role:
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face and orchestrator of a seamless and positive experience for our clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for creating a vibrant and efficient workplace though a blend of meeting and event coordinating, hospitality, and proactive problem-solving. This is a client-facing role for a large financial organization within Phoenix, AZ.
This role is part of the Workplace Experience department. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to all the clients and visitors who host meetings and events on site.
What You’ll Do:
+ **Be the first impression:** greet clients and attendees with warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone from the moment they arrive
+ **Curate Memorable Meeting and Events:** Plan, coordinate and execute a range of events and meetings from small gatherings to large functions, ensuring they run smoothly and exceed client expectations. This includes: securing event spaces on site, coordinating room setups, including AV needs, collaborating with our team to manage catering, overseeing the set up and tear down of the event, equipment, and supplies.
+ **Provide Exceptional Customer Service:** Address client inquiries, requests, and concerns with a customer-centric approach, offering timely and effective solutions.
+ **Ensure a Safe and Secure Environment:** Adhere to and enforce property-specific security and emergency procedures, prioritizing the safety and well-being of you, your client, and the attendees of the event. Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
+ **Collaborate and Execute:** Work closely with your team, follow established procedures and instructions to complete assigned tasks given by your manager and contribute to the overall success of the WPE Team.
+ **Focus on Detail and Processes** : Ability to adapt to a fast pace and ever-changing environment. Utilize existing procedures and guidelines to solve straightforward problems, contributing to the efficient daily operations of the workplace.

To thrive in this role, you will bring a combination of experience, skills, and passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences. Specifically, we are looking for:
+ **Eligibility:** Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
+ **Education:** High School Diploma or GED required. A bachelor's degree in hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is a plus
+ **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of meeting and event planning, front desk, concierge services, customer service, or a related hospitality role
+ **Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to confidently interact with diverse individuals and build positive relationships, a warm and welcoming demeanor and genuine desire to assist others and strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with others.
+ **Organizational and Execution Skills:** Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines as needed and ability to follow instructions accurately and ask clarifying questions as needed
+ **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Etc.) Also, a plus if proficient in other platforms such as Webex, slack, and Canva.
+ **Collaboration and Adaptability:** A collaborative team player who is comfortable working with internal teams and ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
