    Senior Electrical Engineer — Heavy Industry

    • Lafayette, IN | On-Site | Full-Time | Strong Bonus + Relocation

     

    Lead CapEx projects, troubleshoot plant systems, and drive reliability in a 1M+ sq ft 24/7 heavy industrial facility. Hands-on role working directly with union trades and plant leadership.

    What You’ll Do

    + Own projects from scope to install

    + Design/test power systems (AutoCAD)

    + Troubleshoot motors, controls, and legacy systems

    + Mentor engineers/techs

    What You Need

    + BSEE or EET (or experience in lieu of a degree)

    + 3-5+ yrs heavy industrial/manufacturing

    + Strong troubleshooting skills

    + US Citizen/Green Card for Federal Compliance

    Nice to Have

    + PLC/HMI & motor controls

    + ABB robotics/automation

    + Union environment experience
