    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will handle various data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical information. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills and a keen eye for detail.

    Responsibilities:

    • Enter data accurately and efficiently into computer systems and databases.

    • Verify the accuracy of data to ensure completeness and correctness.

    • Organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy access and retrieval.

    • Perform quality control checks to identify and correct any discrepancies in entered data.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed within deadlines.

    • Handle confidential information with professionalism and maintain data security.

    • Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data as needed.

    • Follow established guidelines and procedures for data entry tasks.

    • Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the team. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.

    • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.

    • Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.

    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.

    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.

    • High school diploma or equivalent education.
