    Patient Services Representatives (PSRs) are the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors. This role is essential to ensuring a positive experience and smooth care journey. From welcoming patients to managing clinical flow, you’ll provide high-quality customer service while supporting our healthcare teams.

     

    What You’ll Do

    As a PSR, you’ll play a key role in connecting patients with the care they need by:

    + Managing patient registration, scheduling, and clinical flow

    + Supporting pre- and post-visit planning, outreach, and panel management

    + Coordinating and facilitating home visits

    + Answering questions and directing patients to CHC services or departments

    + Partnering with clinical staff to ensure efficient, compassionate care

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Education & Experience:

    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    + Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills

    + Excellent communication—clear, patient, and attentive

    + Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; scheduling systems)

    + High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting

    + Flexibility to work in multiple locations or service lines as needed

    + Self-motivated and dependable team player

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
