Customer Service Representative - On-Site

Pay: Up to $20.09 per hour
Schedule: Limited-Service Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. or Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m . )
Adecco is hiring **Customer Service Representatives** (CSRs) to provide excellent service and support to individuals navigating important healthcare decisions. If you're dependable, compassionate, and ready to grow your career, we want to hear from you!
As a CSR, you’ll play a vital role in helping people across the country access and understand healthcare programs—all while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment. No cold calls, sales, or collections required.
What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone
• Follow scripts and use internal systems to assist callers
• Guide individuals through online applications and submissions
• Log call information and escalate complex issues as needed
• Stay up-to-date on client policies and procedures
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy standards
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Fluent in spoken English
• Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Must complete internal training and certification
• Willingness to work overtime or holidays if required
• On-site attendance is required
**Pay Details:** $15.00 to $20.09 per hour
