    Job Title: Construction Project Engineer

    Job Description

    + We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer to join our team at the Micron site in Syracuse, NY.

    + This role is ideal for candidates with 1–4 years of experience in construction project engineering who are eager to contribute to a high-profile project and grow within a dynamic team.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure timely responses.

    + Coordinate and review submittals for compliance with project specifications.

    + Support quality management efforts, including inspections and documentation.

    + Assist with project scheduling, updates, and coordination with field teams.

    + Provide change order support, including documentation and tracking.

    + Collaborate daily with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure smooth field operations.

    + Maintain organized project documentation and contribute to process improvements.

    Essential Skills

    + 1–4 years of relevant construction experience.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

    + Proficiency in construction management software is a plus (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, P6).

     

    Work Environment

     

    + The position requires full-time on-site work in a field trailer environment at the Micron site in Syracuse, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.86/hr.
