    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead the development and maintenance of 3-statement financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

    + Own the annual budgeting process, partnering with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational priorities.

    + Drive monthly and quarterly financial roll-forwards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of projections.

    + Collaborate with operations and finance leadership to prioritize capital expenditures (CapEx) based on ROI, strategic alignment, and resource availability.

    + Project manage CapEx initiatives, tracking spend, timelines, and outcomes to ensure alignment with financial targets.

    + Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    + 7+ years of progressive experience in FP& A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.

    + Strong command of 3-statement financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

    + Proven experience in CapEx planning and project management.

    + Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across departments.

    + 3+ years of supervisory experience

    + Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
