Description

We are looking for a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Woodland Park, New Jersey. This Contract-to-permanent position is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with customers to provide exceptional service. As part of the manufacturing industry, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers proactively to identify potential sales opportunities and recommend tailored products or services.

• Handle customer returns efficiently by presenting alternatives such as exchanges or other solutions.

• Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features, company policies, and promotional campaigns to provide accurate information.

• Record all customer interactions and activities using designated organizational tools.

• Respond to inbound calls promptly, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide quotes and support inside sales efforts.

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements • Proven experience in call center or customer service roles.

• Strong ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

• Familiarity with inside sales and upselling techniques.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Knowledge of providing quotes and supporting sales initiatives.

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in using customer service tools and systems.
