Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals with a background in manufacturing or production to join our team. This role involves assembling and customizing air duct systems using hand and power tools. Successful candidates will begin training at 6 am for a month before transitioning to a 12 pm shift. The position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift over 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble air duct systems according to project specifications using hand and power tools.

+ Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate assembly of duct systems.

+ Perform quality checks on products to ensure safety and prevent harm from sharp edges or siding.

+ Lift and move heavy products, utilizing assistance for items heavier than 50 pounds.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

+ Experience in assembly and production processes.

+ Ability to read and interpret schematics.

+ Physical capability to lift 50+ pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous assembly experience is required.

+ Comfortable working in varying temperatures within the warehouse.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic production environment where conditions vary with the seasons. The warehouse is warm in summer and cool in winter, with fans to help regulate temperature. Expect long hours on your feet with ample opportunities for overtime during peak seasons from September to December.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Sacramento, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
