    We're building a seamless maintenance experience that delights residents, empowers property managers, and elevates the industry. Over the past six years, we've transformed from a small startup to a powerhouse, growing from 3 employees in 2016 to over 65 today, and we're just getting started.

     

    As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Intern/Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to help us deliver a World-Class Customer Experience.

     

    About This Role

     

    This opportunity is perfect for someone who is looking for real-world experience in a fast-growing SaaS company while balancing an internship or part-time role.

     

    This role can be structured as either an internship or a part-time position, depending on your experience and availability.

     

    • Hours: 35 hours per week

     

    Compensation: $18/hour

    What You'll Do (Jobs to Be Done)

    • Deliver a World-Class Customer Experience by providing technical support via email, chat, and phone.

    • Troubleshoot customer issues using available tools, resources, and critical thinking.

    • Execute assigned tasks and projects to support the broader Customer Support team.

    • Become a Product Expert – learn and adapt quickly to our platform, processes, and customer needs.

    • Be a Customer Advocate – identify and communicate areas for improvement to enhance the maintenance experience.
