    Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Certified Nursing Assistant** to work at a facility in **Farmington, MO.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

     

    **Pay Rate:** $20 / hour

    *W2

    Scheduling

    + F/S/S 12 hour shifts days and nights Shifts would be 6:45A – 7:15P or 7:15P – 6:45A

    Medical Professional Personnel Classification

    + Must have an active Missouri CNA certificate

    Services to be Performed

    + Assisting with activities of daily living, behavioral health interventions such as applying restraints, hourly rounding, completing flowsheets. A summary of the tasks is included in the CNA

    + Provide direct care, treatment, and/or security of forensic psychiatric and/or sex offender clients in a secure setting

    + Accountable for assisting clients with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, bed making, shaving, dressing, and other related tasks.

    + Assist in checking vital signs, height, and weight as assigned

    + Collect and maintain records of fluid intake and output Report on the condition of clients

    + Observing, reporting, and recording changes in the physical condition, behavioral response, and emotional status of clients.

    + Maintaining a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for client care and treatment activities. Reporting to work on time and as scheduled.

    + Working overtime as needed to retain adequate staffing.

    + May perform internal environment of care checks or perform some security related functions in a mental health care setting

    + Requires heavy lifting and the ability to stand for extended periods of time.

    + Other duties as assigned.
