    The anticipated salary range for this position is $100K-$110K. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location

    Job Description

    **Business Title:** Senior Implementation Lead, Technology Solutions

    Job Summary

    Responsible for operating independently, leading small to mid-size projects, and providing guidance to lower levels. Responsible for supporting customer implementation events within both the new account and existing account spaces. Works closely with internal implementation project managers and other cross-functional teams to ensure the customer is prepared to successfully use the OM portfolio tool for which they have contracted. Works on projects and project-related initiatives as assigned by leadership including pre-go-live, go-live and post-go-live activities as well as identification and resolution and escalation of issues as needed. This work may also include creating new process documentation and/or tailoring existing training documents to address the customer’s specific clinical processes. Travel to assigned customer accounts to do this work is required and is estimated to be up to 65% of the time.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Fully functional and independent in role

    • Provide guidance to lower levels

    • Lead small or mid-size projects/deliverables

    • Prepare and facilitate resources for on-site work (ore-go-live, go-live and post-go-live activities including pre-scan, physical inventory, training of clinical team, supply chain team, and management level personnel).

    • Evaluate existing customer processes to identify any potential process concerns or modifications needed for technology platform to work successfully.

    • Deliver process optimization for customers.

    • Lead / Facilitate team calls with customer leaders and provide information and observations of progress, action items, potential concerns and barriers.

    • Ensure documentation of project follows standard of practice (project plan, meeting agenda, minutes, etc.)

    • Collaborate with teams to ensure satisfactory project completion and customer onboarding for newly assigned and/or newly expanded accounts.

    • Present functionality, upgrades and modules to customers as part of a new customer event, existing customer event or at request and approval from leadership.

    • Monitor customer satisfaction through various interactions and presence at customer location; addresses issue and escalate any identified concerns to project manager or leadership as appropriate.

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Education & Qualifying Experience 

    • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, preferred

    • 3-6 years of related experience preferred

    • Or any combination of education and experience to meet the requirements

    • Experience leading small or single projects/deliverables

    • Experience participating in implementation projects

    • Ability and willingness to have conversations with clinical teams

    • Ability to follow up and follow through to ensure customer commitments are kept

    • Clear and accurate verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to deliver effective product presentations

    • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills

    • Ability to meet deadlines

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

    • Ability to display sound business judgement on a consistent basis

    • Ability to listen and respond appropriately to customer and co-worker requests, communicate effectively with clients and team members to clarify understanding
