Top Global Tech Company Seeking Product Social Coordinator

Remote but must live in either LA or Bay Area

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support the creation and delivery of social content across multiple platforms. This role is part of a fast-paced creative team responsible for producing hundreds of content pieces annually—from concept through execution and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate thrives in deadline-driven environments, has strong communication skills, and understands the nuances of social media production. You’ll collaborate with global teams, manage workflows, and ensure content is delivered on time and to spec.

Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate daily production tasks including pre-production, shoot logistics, and post-production timelines

+ Manage contracts, licensing, releases, and purchase orders

+ Track budgets, estimates, and expenses; report updates and recommendations

+ Maintain editorial calendars and ensure data accuracy

+ Oversee content workflows with freelancers and external partners

+ Support transcription, translation, and media logistics

+ Manage equipment inventory and rentals

+ Archive and QA final media assets

+ Publish content across social platforms

+ Assist with media operations and community workflows

Qualifications:

+ 4+ years of production experience, ideally in social media or editorial video

+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

+ Experience across formats including short-form, documentary, narrative, and branded content

+ Familiarity with licensing, contracts, and legal coordination

+ Strong project management and communication skills

+ Comfortable working with creative teams, editors, and animators

+ Proficient in social platforms, publishing tools, and project management software

+ Able to uphold editorial standards and deliver high-quality content with limited resources

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
