    Job Description

At Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., we provide an outstanding opportunity for high-reaching engineers to excel in a world-class environment! This Engineering role is based in the United States and is built for those who are passionate about making an impact on a global scale. Join us to compete and succeed in an inclusive and collaborative atmosphere where your contributions will help us achieve flawless results.

How will you make an impact?

The Senior Staff Adobe Analytics Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling Thermo Fisher’s analytics data architecture. This leader will design frameworks that ensure seamless synchronization of analytics across multiple sites, establish standards for multi-functional adoption, and unlock the full potential of the Adobe Experience Cloud. By driving innovation in data accuracy, accessibility, and stability, the Architect will enable eCommerce, marketing, and data science teams to deliver on strategic business objectives. Additionally, this role will guide technology evaluations—conducting fit-gap analyses and recommending software solutions that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and elevate data-driven decision-making.

    What will you do:

+ Define and own the overall Adobe Analytics architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with Thermo Fisher’s enterprise vision.

+ Provide architectural oversight across all implementations, guiding other engineers to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment to standards.

+ Establish and enforce **enterprise-wide frameworks, tagging schemas, and governance models** to standardize data collection and integration practices.

+ Drive innovation by introducing automation frameworks for tagging schemas, testing, validation, and deployment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in delivery.

+ Lead multi-functional collaboration with product, eCommerce, and marketing collaborators to align strategies with evolving business priorities.

+ Mentor and develop architects, engineers, and analysts, fostering a culture of **technical excellence and self-sufficiency** across global teams.

+ Audit and assess current systems, identifying gaps and spearheading strategic remediation and modernization initiatives.

+ Partner with business and technology leaders to influence long-term roadmaps, ensuring capabilities enable personalization, data science, and business growth.

+ Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visualizations and narratives that drive executive decision-making.

+ Champion Agile delivery excellence, ensuring initiatives are planned, estimated, and accomplished with predictability, speed, and measurable business impact.

    How will you get here?

+ Proficiency in defining variables, governance models, and solution composition documentation that enhance system accuracy, accessibility, and trust.
