    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in driving cross-functional collaboration across design, cost optimization, quality improvement, and plant operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for mentoring the next generation of engineers.

    How You'll Create Possibilities

    + Lead and execute complex engineering projects from concept through implementation.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams in areas such as design, manufacturing, quality, and operations to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, reliability, and cost-out opportunities.

    + Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions for product and process issues.

    + Apply principles of Design for Assembly (DFA), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Lean, and Dimensional Control to ensure robust product designs.

    + Mentor and coach junior engineers in tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Reliability Engineering, and structured problem-solving.

    + Support plant operations and “Run the Plant” initiatives to ensure smooth production and issue resolution.

    + Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

    What You'll Bring to Our Team

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).

    + 8+ years of engineering experience in product development, manufacturing, or related fields.

    + Proven track record of project execution and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong understanding of DFM/DFA principles, Lean manufacturing, and dimensional control.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

    Preferred Skills

    + Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

    + Experience in appliances, consumer products, or similar high-volume manufacturing industries.

    + Strong communication and leadership skills.
