Job Overview
Ebenezer is looking for a **Maintenance Technician** to join our team at Realife of Columbus in Columbus, Nebraska! This position is responsible, under the direction of the supervisor for the overall maintenance of the building.
This maintenance schedule includes;
+ 32 hours every two weeks
+ Part time; Day shift
+ No Weekends
+ On Call after hours for maintenance emergencies
**Realife of Columbus** , is housing for those 62 and over who want to continue living securely in a family style home but without the responsibilities of maintaining a typical house. Realife of Columbus offers the freedom, security, sociability, and sense of community of cooperative condo living.
Responsibilities:
+ Performs routine maintenance duties
+ Performs general repairs
+ Performs other duties as assigned and directed
+ On-Call for Maintenance emergencies
Required Qualifications:
+ One to three years of previous experience
+ Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
+ Drivers License (in good standing)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Vocational School Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related
+ Three to five years of previous experience
+ Bobcat Certification with Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
