Salary: $35 / Hour

The School Nurse assumesresponsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing processand the delivery of student/client care and/or contracted services in a schoolsetting. The School Nurse may also be in a supervisory position within the contractedservices. The School Nurse provides services in accordance with Amergis Healthcare Staffing's philosophy, standards, policies and physician orders.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Graduate of an accreditedregistered, practical or vocational nursing program

+ Licensed as a LicensedPractical, Licensed Vocational or Registered Nurse in state(s) where practicing

+ One year of professionalexperience, preferred

+ Current CPR

+ PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

+ Current Health certificate (percontract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state andlocal requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

Schedule:

Tbd on set schedule- Brigette open to either 1 full-time nurse or 2 part-time nurses splitting schools

Start/End Date of assignment:

ASAP-Tue 6/9/26

Start/End daily time:

7:00am-3:00pm

Schedule:

4 days (32 hours)

2 days at Tores & 2 float days

Services:

+ Services: Health office doing general triage and meeting with kids who require minutes (nurse will use SSM to chart).

+ IEP Meetings: must be comfortable sitting in on IEP meetings & helping write health history and working with the CSN

+ Charting: They use SSM which is common with CPS. Nurses go in and enter minutes for students on IEP. If no previous experience they will provide training
