MRI Manager

FlexStaff is seeking an experienced MRI Manager for our client, a sports medicine practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Oversee daily radiology operations (X-ray and MRI).

+ Develop and implement efficient workflows, policies, and procedures.

+ Manage imaging technicians, prioritize work, and oversee vendor relationships.

+ Manage equipment maintenance, calibration, and service documentation.

+ Perform managerial duties, including staff hiring, training, and evaluation.

+ Perform technologist duties as needed, based on competency.

+ Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate radiology staff.

+ Create efficient staff schedules.

+ Conduct staff meetings and provide ongoing training.

+ Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, ACR).

+ Monitor patient and staff safety.

+ Other responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred).

+ ARRT certification or equivalent.

+ 3+ years of radiology experience (2+ years supervisory/management experience).

+ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency with RIS, PACS, and EHR systems.

+ Advanced MS Office skills.

+ Flexible to travel to other work locations, on-call availability, and extended hours as needed.

When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

The salary range for this position is $140,000-$140,000/year
