Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for an Operations Supervisor at a Renewable Natural Gas processing facility in Bremen, IN. This person would be responsible for overseeing the daily operations including safety, security, maintenance, and general plant operations. Some of the day to day responsibilities include monitoring the operation of rotating equipment, tanks, vessels, flares, compressors, and natural gas process systems. They will work closely with internal plant departments to resolve issues, identify gaps for operational efficiencies, and improve plant reliability.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's or Associates Degree in engineering or relevant technical discipline

Experience in maintenance engineering and process engineering roles

Knowledge of mechanical equipment operations (compressors, pumps, gauges, instrumentation, etc.)

Hands-on experience with gas processing and gas compression

Proficiency in ENC electrical troubleshooting Strong background with renewable gas
