Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPgM) Manager to lead and grow our India-based TPgM team. This role blends hands-on program execution with people leadership, ensuring alignment with the global TPgM organization and driving delivery of high-impact engineering initiatives. You will serve as the local point of contact for the India team, managing onboarding, operations, and program execution while maintaining close collaboration with US-based leadership.

What You Will Do:

-Lead and manage a team of India-based TPgMs, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.

-Act as the India-based point of contact for the TPgM team, ensuring alignment with global standards and practices.

-Oversee program execution, ensuring milestones, risks, and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked.

-Enforce consistent program management practices, reporting cadences, and governance models across the India team.

-Partner with engineering and product leaders across geographies to validate deliverables and reduce risk.

-Drive operational excellence by implementing tooling, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

-Collaborate with Finance on capitalization workflows and vendor/contract tracking.

-Represent the India TPgM team in global forums and contribute to scaling and process improvement initiatives.

PR: $27-$32/ hr

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's degree (required).

-8+ years of experience in program management within engineering, product, or technology organizations.

-3+ years of people management experience, including -hiring and developing teams.

-Strong program execution skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies.

-Technical fluency to credibly engage with engineering teams. -Experience in cloud technologies (Azure, Google Cloud).

-Background in the tech industry or technical program management.

-Familiarity with tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Tableau, SQL.

-Proven ability to implement governance models and scale program delivery.
