BCBA / Licensed Behavior Analyst

Impact lives as a Licensed Behavior Analyst with Northway Academy!

The Behavior Analyst will work under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor to conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and train team members to support the individuals we serve.

Hybrid Opportunity

This role is primarily on-site to support collaboration and direct services. However, we understand the value of flexibility — certain administrative and planning tasks may be completed remotely, allowing for a blend of in-person impact and at-home focus time.

Our clinical team focuses on creating individualized assessments and interventions tailored to the specific needs of each individual, to increase socially important behaviors so they can thrive in their communities. Unlike traditional models, our Behavior Analysts do not supervise Behavior Technicians but instead collaborate side by side, providing training and support to ensure success.

**Salary:** $86,000 -$90,000 + Monthly Service Delivery Bonus

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications:

+ Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis (completed)

+ BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

+ Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Psychology

Additional Requirements & Skills:

+ Minimum 1 year of experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development

+ Valid driver’s license, current registration, and insurance

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

+ Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach

+ Skilled in written and verbal communication

+ Ability to build rapport and positive relationships with individuals and coworkers

+ Knowledge of behavior principles, program development, and monitoring techniques

+ Strong customer service orientation and patience

+ Collaborative, creative, and effective in employee training
