    Job Description

    An Insight Global client in the Houston area is looking for a D365 Functional Team Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate's primary responsibility is leading the Functional Analyst in supporting the user, and implementing custom solutions that enhance our financial, operational, and analytical capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). This position will play a pivotal role by providing leadership and assistance to the Analysts and end users to improve our existing implementation of D365 F&O while working with Management to identify business process that can benefit from using D365 F&O that will improve efficiency and reduce overhead. This position will work as part of a Financia Applications Management Team comprised of Developers, Analyst, and Data Administrators. This is an onsite position with periodic travel to company locations within the US. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Function Team Lead will also be responsible for working with the team to provide support for the system configuration, upgrade, change management, monitoring, auditing and integrations for Select Water Solutions’ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system and components. The salary range for the ideal candidate is $135,000 - $145,000.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in the implementation, functional support, and auditing of D365 F&O systems as a consultant and end user.

    • Preferred experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or related field.

    • Experience with data management processes as it relates to the Financial Applications

    • An understanding of the Agile development framework and knowledge of leveraging Azure DevOps within the SDLC process.

    • 5+ years in AOT development

    • An understanding of the SCRUM methodology for tracking issues and enhancements.

    • Experience with building and testing API connections.

    • Knowledge of RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Testing)

    • Knowledge of Power platform (virtual environments, Dataverse, workspaces) and F&O integration.
