    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a lead Test Lead to support one of our financial clients. This person will drive quality assurance efforts for infrastructure-related initiatives, including ledger systems within our client’s Enterprise Risk and Financial Technology space. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership in cross-shore models, and the ability to navigate governance and risk policies while ensuring end-to-end testing coverage. This person must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as they will be collaborating across development, business, infrastructure, and engineering verticals. This role sits 3 onsite in Jersey City, NJ.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 8+ years of experience in software testing within Agile environments

    • Strong experience with automation testing with Selenium or TOSCA for UI and database testing.

    • Proficiency in Autosys scheduling tools, SQL, DB, and ETL technologies.

    • Experience with test management software (Octane).

    • Solid understanding of governance, API testing, infrastructure testing, or cloud-related models.

    • Proven ability to lead cross-shore teams (10+ members).

    • Familiarity with governance models, SDLC, and risk policy alignment.

    • Strong conflict management and program management skills.

    • Experience across Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

    • Ability to provide an end-to-end testing perspective. • 10+ years experience in software testing

    • Experience running with Run Books

    • Experience with multiple methodologies (agile, scrum, kanban, waterfall, etc.)

    • Previous financial industry background
