Now Hiring: Production Operators – Join a Global Leader in Electronics Manufacturing
**Location:** Richardson, TX
**Pay:** $19/hour
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in creating high-quality products that keep industries moving forward.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Operator, you’ll take on hands-on work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Performing **hand soldering, manual assembly** , and operating semi-automatic or automated assembly equipment.
+ Conducting **visual, automated, electronic, and mechanical inspections** of products.
+ Using diagnostic programs to perform **electronic and functional product testing** .
+ Troubleshooting and communicating basic production issues to the team.
+ Moving between operations and product lines as needed to meet schedules.
+ Maintaining accurate, detailed, and organized production records.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
+ Certifications as defined by site operations.
+ Knowledge of product process flow, quality standards, and soldering specifications.
+ Ability to recognize and report operational or component issues.
+ Strong manual dexterity and ability to assemble components with precision.
+ Familiarity with manufacturing systems and processes.
Preferred:
+ Experience with electrical, electromechanical, or pneumatic systems.
+ Competency in analyzing equipment and making adjustments within job scope.
+ Knowledge of personal computer applications related to manufacturing.
+ Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams.
Physical Demands
This role involves working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and chemicals. You may perform repetitive motions, lift materials, and work in confined spaces while maintaining focus on detailed tasks.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
