About the Opportunity

+ Join our well-respected group of anesthesiologist and CRNA's collaborating to ensure quality patient care. Emphasis on multi-model approach to anesthetic management.

+ Enjoy a well-balanced lifestyle; excellent hours and schedule.

+ Full-time and PRN positions available.

+ 8, 12, and 24 hour shifts available, not required in house call but must be within 20 minutes.

+ Successful candidate will be energetic, compassionate, self-motivated, and be able to work independently

Competitive compensation package includes:

+ Salary commensurate with experience - $250K starting for new grads

+ Signing incentives up to $125K

+ PTO bridging based on years of experience

+ 5 days of CME time off for full-time CRNAs plus $4,500 CME allowance

+ 6 paid holidays

+ Health, dental, vision coverage as well as short-term and long-term disability

+ Retirement plan with WellSpan contributions up to 6%
