    Position Overview

    Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mail Services & Customer Support Associate to join our team. This role provides support for Interoffice Mail operations and the eSO (Electronic Shipping Option) product. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work with multiple systems, and a background in customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Respond to internal customer inquiries via toll-free number and departmental email regarding:

    + Receipt and delivery status

    + Mailing concerns

    + eSO system navigation

    + General requests for information

    + Research and re-direct incoming mail with incomplete or invalid address codes.

    + Image, log, and redirect complaints and negotiable items in accordance with risk controls.

    + Generate reports and conduct root cause analysis of issues, identifying trends and recommending improvements.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

    + Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

    + Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools.

    + Experience researching and resolving customer inquiries.

    + Proficiency in PC applications, including mainframe systems, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

    + Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
