Job Summary:

Intensive Care Consortium (ICC Healthcare) is seeking an Intensivist to join the team at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital in Miami, Florida.

Qualified Candidates:

+ Must be board certified/board eligible in Critical Care

+ Florida License or ability to obtain

+ Interest in Full Time

+ Mix of days and nights, block scheduling

+ 15 shifts per month, Mix of 12 hour shifts and 8 hr shifts

+ Staffing model: 2-Physicians and 1 APP during the day, 1- Physician and 1 APP at night

+ MICU, Neuro ICU,CVICU

+ Closed ICU, work closely with consultants

+ High acuity, mixed patient population: 48 -bed ICU – (24-bed medical/surgical, 24-bed CVICU)

+ ECMO experience preferred

+ ACGME Residency and Fellowship programs with clinical bedside teaching responsibilities. Experience with SIM and POCUS a plus

+ Ability to speak Spanish a bonus
