Job Description:

**We are ready now to lead the transformation of the nation’s brand-new air traffic control system** —an ambitious initiative to enhance safety, improve reliability and security, reduce outages, decrease the total cost of ownership, and prepare the aviation system for the future by replacing aging infrastructure with modern technologies and state-of-the-art facilities.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Vice President, Quality-** to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

+ Serve as a key member of the Integrator's executive leadership team.

+ Oversee and ensure the seamless integration of quality standards across all BNATCS workstreams.

+ Establish the vision for quality assurance, lead FAA-facing QA initiatives, and provide regular updates to the PMO and CEO.

+ Oversee all aspects of workstream

+ Maintain consistent leadership and accountability throughout all project phases.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

+ 20+ years of experience and a Masters Degree in Engineering, Quality or Management or equivalent years of experience in lieu of Degree.

+ Enterprise QMS leadership

+ Experience with FAA/DoD contracts, ISO 9001, AS9100 or similar

+ Executive presence, strong FAA/customer interface experience

Salary Range: $186,800.00 - $357,100.00
