Required Skills:
Localization Program Manager Responsibilities:
1. Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc) to launch successful localized products.
2. Design and implement efficient and scalable end-to-end localization frameworks tailored to various products and diverse content types across Meta.
3. Guide stakeholders across Meta to ensure localization best practices are followed and drive efficient execution.
4. Proactively identify and streamline technical and process issues that affect localized product relevancy, quality, and functionality.
5. Actively seek out opportunities to optimize the international user experience and influence adoptions of optimal solutions.
6. Partner across internationalization to ensure the right resources are in place and all deliveries are completed at the expected standards.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and 3 years of experience in localization or program management related occupation. Requires at least 3 years of experience in each of the following skills:
8. 1. Communicating across and driving results among a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, working across time zones and international offices
9. 2. Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions
10. 3. Building and optimizing complex workflows
11. 4. Prioritizing and creating structure to support long-term localization programs
12. 5. Utilizing translation technologies, such as translation memories, machine translation, and CAT tools
13. 6. Working with localization vendors
14. 7. Applying internationalization standards such as Unicode and CLDR
Public Compensation:
$190,120/year to $213,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
