    **Boeing Defense, Space and Security** (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a **Portfolio Program Manager** (Level M) to join the **F-22 Modernization** Program Management team in **Berkeley, MO** !

     

    Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Manages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in the area of Program Management.

    + Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.

    + Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

    + Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

    + Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

    + Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.

     

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

     

    This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership

    + Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills

    + An understanding of DoD contracting, developing proposals, and the Boeing estimating process

    + Experience preparing and presenting succinctly to executives, senior leadership, and external customers

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s Degree or higher

    + Experience in working with agile teams and agile software development

    + Active Top Secret is preferred

     

    This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

     

    **Travel:** The ability to travel 10-20% of the time

    Summary pay range for $180,200 - $243,800
