What will you be doing?

As a Business System Analyst I, you will analyze business issues, define requirements, design computer programs, and recommend automated system controls and protocols to solve organizational information issues.

+ Collaborate with users and technical teams to document requirements, manage timelines, and implement enhancements.

+ Resolve production issues using SQL and system knowledge; conduct user acceptance testing and maintain protocols.

+ Communicate effectively across all levels; create documentation and deliver training to support system adoption.

+ Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and continuous learning while fostering teamwork and productivity.

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in IT, including full lifecycle business application development.

+ Skilled in creating business documentation, process flows, reports, and presentations; proficient in SQL and stakeholder communication.

+ Strong leadership, initiative, and teamwork; self-starter with a commitment to quality service and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Technical and/or project management certifications a plus!

Base Salary Range - $72,940 - $104,302
