Our client, a leader in aerospace and defense technology, is seeking a Sr Aerospace Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Aerospace Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting advanced systems development. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Sr Aerospace Systems Engineer

Pay Range: $68/hr plus benefits/OT

What's the Job?

+ Design, implement, and manage complex aerospace systems, including hardware and software components

+ Lead technical guidance and troubleshooting for system integration and deployment

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovative projects that enhance safety and efficiency

+ Develop and execute system verification test cases and scripts for electronic hardware requirements

+ Interface with project managers and engineering teams to ensure technical standards are met

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics from an accredited institution

+ 7+ years of experience in systems engineering and project guidance

+ Deep knowledge of systems integration, troubleshooting, and implementation

+ Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and DOORS

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
