Our client, manufacturing industry, is seeking a General Production Associate to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** General Production Associate 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift

**Pay Range:** $15.30 per hour

**Shift:** 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift

What's the Job?

+ Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.

+ Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed.

+ Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

+ Follow all safety policies and practices, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on equipment.

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; open to candidates with zero years of experience.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols.

+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

+ Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

+ Availability to work scheduled shifts from 8 am to 8 am on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
