Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage electrical tool installation projects from planning through execution and closeout.
+ Coordinate with Samsung engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate installations.
+ Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and tool installation requirements.
+ Ensure compliance with Samsung’s semiconductor facility standards and safety and quality protocols.
+ Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for electrical installations.
+ Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify proper installation and functionality.
+ Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and issues.
+ Resolve field-level challenges and escalate critical concerns to senior management as needed.
+ Support commissioning, testing, and turnover documentation for installed tools.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech environments.
+ Strong understanding of electrical systems, tool install protocols, and cleanroom standards.
+ Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam).
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
+ OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Preferences:
+ Experience with electrical installations in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facilities.
+ Familiarity with Samsung’s tool install standards or similar semiconductor clients.
Physical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, and occasionally climb ladders while utilizing fall protection. The ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, and lift up to 40 pounds is required. Some tasks may require wearing a Supplied Contained Breathing Air Respirator for short periods (10-15 minutes) while working with chemicals. PPE made available includes safety glasses, hard hat, ear plugs, chemical aprons, gloves, and more.
