Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Project Leadership and Coordination.
+ Lead full lifecycle of AMHS Projects including planning, execution, and closeout.
+ Serve as a private liaison between Samsung, and AMHS vendors.
+ Ensure alignment on technical specifications, safety protocols, and operational requirements.
+ Technical Oversight
+ Oversee installation and commissioning of AMHS electrical to components including OHTs, stockers, and control systems.
+ Ensure system integration with fab automation, MES and IT infrastructure.
+ Monitor system performance and lead troubleshooting efforts.
+ Schedule & Budget Management.
+ Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
+ Track earned value and cost-to-complete; manage scope changes and mitigation plans.
+ Compliance & Safety.
+ Ensure all work complies with Samsung’s safety standards and local regulations.
+ Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
+ Vendor & Stakeholder Management.
+ Manage electrical subcontractors, tool vendors, and AMHS OEM reps.
+ Facilitate daily coordination meetings and weekly status reports.
+ Support issue resolution during escalations and change management.
Requirements:
+ 5+ years of Project Management experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
+ 3+ years of managing installation of fab systems preferably with AMHS, facilities or automation systems.
+ Familiarity with scheduling systems, SPC, DOE, and equipment integration.
+ Familiarity with cleanroom operations, SEMI/ISO standards, and construction workflows.
+ Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, control integration, and fab protocols.
Preferences:
+ PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
+ Experience with AMHS platforms or similar.
+ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, and occasionally climb ladders while utilizing fall protection. The ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, and lift up to 40 pounds is required. Some tasks may require wearing a Supplied Contained Breathing Air Respirator for short periods (10-15 minutes) while working with chemicals. PPE made available includes safety glasses, hard hat, ear plugs, chemical aprons, gloves, and more.
