**FLSA Status:** Non-Exempt

**Summary:** Supporting immediate office, agent and employee needs by performing the following duties personally.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

+ Aid Operations with projects.

+ Aid Accounting with projects.

+ Aid Human Resources with projects and mailings.

+ Cover phones for Receptionist during lunch hours.

+ Track HR Office Supplies and keeping cabinets stocked.

+ Payroll - check disbursement.

+ Set-up email accounts for Agents.

+ Other projects as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

High school student or graduate (or equivalent - GED); 0-2 years related experience and/or training;

Competencies:

+ Ability to handle heavy phones.

+ Able to effectively communicate and work closely with diverse groups

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Highly organized and able to prioritize

+ Reliable - must be punctual

+ Basic skills of entire Microsoft Office suite (i.e. excel, word, power-point and access)

+ Focused on the business
