Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

The CNC Machine Operator will utilize overhead cranes and forklifts to handle tubes and pipes, set machine cut lengths, program machines, and ensure product quality through precise measuring.

Responsibilities

+ Utilize overhead crane and forklift to place tubes and pipes onto the machine.

+ Set the machine cut length and program the machine.

+ Feed products into the machine and pull finished products.

+ Measure finished products to ensure they meet exact length specifications.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of CNC Machine Operator experience.

+ Experience in setup and changeovers.

+ Proficiency in using a tape measure.

+ Metal machine operating experience.

+ Ability to operate laser, lathe, mill, and CNC saw equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong measuring skills with a 1/32" tape measure minimum.

+ Blueprint reading capability.

+ Direct CNC Saw and fabrication experience is a major plus.

Work Environment

Work in an industrial, climate-controlled environment. This 1st shift role operates Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:00pm, with a second shift from 2pm to 11pm. Expect to work 10-hour days and some Saturdays during busy seasons.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
