    Assistant Sanitation Supervisor – 2nd Shift

    Step into a leadership role where cleanliness and safety are top priorities. We're looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to help lead our sanitation team and ensure our facility meets the highest standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Supervise, train, and support the afternoon sanitation team.

    + Perform and oversee cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.

    + Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures.

    + Manage nightly factory closing and verify completion of the closing checklist.

    + Document pest control activities and oversee scheduled deep cleaning.

    + Respond to sanitation needs following repairs or product development.

    + Monitor waste handling and report any food safety concerns.

    Qualifications

    + Experience in sanitation, janitorial, or cleaning roles.

    + Understanding of food safety standards and production processes.

    + Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and kneeling.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

    + Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

    Work Environment

     

    You’ll be working in a large, open production area with consistent temperatures. While some rooms may be colder, this role does not require working in those areas.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
