    Adecco is currently assisting one of its top clients in their search for a **Project Marketing Analyst** working in **SAN BRUNO, CA 94066 (Onsite).**

     

    Pay rate: - $66 - $70 / hour

     

    Shift Time:- 8 – 5 PM (MON-FRI)

     

    Type: Contract

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Project Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic Creator, Shopping, and Cross-Functional team. This role is pivotal in supporting both the Marketing and Creator teams by delivering actionable insights through market and consumer research. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from vendors, synthesizing findings, and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    + **Strategy Development:** Develop comprehensive strategies to solve complex business challenges and drive incremental growth across functions. Align stakeholders around a clear vision of growth and success metrics.

    + **Market & Product Opportunity Analysis:** Evaluate new market and product opportunities to support cross-functional initiatives and company-wide growth.

    + **Data & Research Support:** Respond to ad-hoc data and research requests, providing technical analysis and insights to senior leaders.

    + **Insight Generation:** Architect metrics, analyze trends, and influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling and market intelligence.

    + **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with cross-functional teams to define strategies, success metrics, and ensure alignment across departments.

    + **DEI & Inclusive Culture:** Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by fostering psychological safety, inclusive decision-making, and cultural awareness within the team.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Proven experience in consumer and market research, including both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

    + Strong proficiency in:

    + Statistical analysis

    + Marketing analytics

    + Data judgment and technical acumen

    + Storytelling and presentation

    + Experimental design

    + Dashboarding and visualization tools

    + Consultative and project management skills

    + Deep understanding of industry trends, business operations, and marketing principles.

    + Ability to articulate conflicts between stakeholder goals and anticipate future business concerns.

    Preferred Experience

    + Experience working with vendor-sourced market data and presenting insights to senior leadership.

    + Background in shopping, creator economy, or cross-functional marketing teams.

    + Familiarity with tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

    **Pay Details:** $66.00 to $70.00 per hour
