Corporate Risk Manager – Full-Time | Onsite | Manufacturing Industry
**Location:** Onsite at our client's corporate headquarters (not remote/hybrid)
**Schedule:** Full-time, Monday–Friday
**Compensation:** Competitive pay based on experience, interview, and qualifications
**Reports to:** VP of Treasury
About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced **Corporate Risk Manager** to lead and improve our client’s risk management programs across a complex, multi-location manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact role that will be instrumental in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating key risks while managing insurance programs and claims. Key Responsibilities
Risk Identification & Analysis
+ Evaluate financial, operational, legal, and environmental risks
+ Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and loss analysis
+ Monitor emerging risks and industry trends
Insurance Program Oversight
+ Manage relationships with brokers and insurance carriers
+ Lead renewals, policy audits, and claim reviews
+ Identify cost-saving opportunities and coverage improvements
Claims Management
+ Report and track insurance claims efficiently
+ Collaborate with adjusters and legal teams for resolution
+ Analyze claims history to identify trends and reduce risk
Risk Mitigation & Strategy
+ Develop and implement risk management policies
+ Recommend loss prevention measures and controls
+ Participate in crisis management and disaster recovery planning
Additional Duties
+ Support the VP of Treasury on risk-related projects and improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Insurance, or related field
+ 10+ years of senior-level risk management experience in a **manufacturing environment with multiple locations** (international experience is a plus)
+ Strong knowledge of insurance policies, underwriting, and regulatory compliance
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills
+ Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
+ Professional certifications such as ARM, CPCU, or CRM highly valued
Working Conditions
+ Standard office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
+ Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and access file cabinets and documents as needed
+ Use of PPE may be required in certain areas
+ Must comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) training and protocols

**Pay Details:** $75,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
