SHIPPING COORDINATOR-BILLER

JOB DUTIES

+ Recordand trackcarrier information, includingcompanyname, trailer number, the customer they arepicking up for,dockin and out times, departure times, pallet count, case count and netweightonthedaily Truck Log both manually and electronically in Microsoft Excel.

+ Usethe Loader’s completedload diagram to compare the number of cases by product code to the order.Validate what they have recordedmatches the order on paper as well aswhat they have scanned to the orderin Shop-Floor.

+ Enter pallettype and quantity, seal number, temperature recorderID numberand temperatureinformation along with thetrailer number when billing a load in Shop-Floor.

+ Take care of billing for loading dock, including verifying orders and filing invoices.

+ Answer phones as needed.

+ Complete export documentation for export orders during the shift.

+ Cross train on loading dock computer operator job.

+ Various duties to be completed as needed within loading dock billing office.

QUALIFICATIONS

+ Must be able to read and write English.

+ Bilingual preferred but not required.

+ Strong organizational skills.

+ Communication skills- written and verbal including phone etiquette.

+ Team player among all shifts

+ Must be able to work occasional weekends
