Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will handle a variety of legal and compliance tasks, with a focus on liquor licensing and corporate regulatory matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the process of acquiring new liquor licenses by coordinating with corporate and governmental agencies.

• Ensure compliance with liquor license laws by conducting thorough research and staying updated on statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Support large-scale transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, by providing legal and administrative assistance.

• Maintain accurate and organized client files and corporate records, including corporate minute books.

• Collaborate with senior corporate executives to achieve licensing and compliance objectives.

• Monitor and address updates or changes to existing liquor licenses to ensure continuous compliance.

• Provide legal support for hospitality and corporate real estate projects.

• Assist in drafting and reviewing licensing agreements and other related legal documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in corporate legal settings.

• Experience with handling general liquor licensing matters

• Strong skills in corporate compliance and governance.

• Experience managing hospitality-related legal matters is highly desirable.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven ability to handle high-volume project management in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Familiarity with corporate entities and liquor licensing laws is a plus.
