Description

Robert Half is partnering with a growing company in DTC to add an experienced Executive Assistant to their team. This is an excellent oppportunity and great company! The Executive Assistant is responsible for:

Executive Support & Strategic Partnership

+ Act as the CEO’s primary support, ensuring preparation, follow-up, and focus on priorities.

+ Provide research, analysis, and materials to inform decision-making.

+ Draft communications, presentations, and briefings.

+ Represent the CEO in select meetings and initiatives.

+ Oversee executive office operations.

Governance & Board Support

+ Plan and coordinate board and committee meetings.

+ Develop and deliver board materials.

+ Support governance best practices and onboarding.

+ Serve as a point of contact between leadership and the board.

Strategic Alignment & Execution

+ Drive execution of strategic initiatives and track progress.

+ Ensure leadership activities align with organizational goals.

+ Lead or support high-visibility projects.

Leadership & Culture

+ Strengthen internal communications and cascade CEO priorities.

+ Build trusted relationships with staff, board, and stakeholders.

+ Model collaborative and mission-driven leadership.

Supervisory Responsibilities

+ Oversee staff as assigned, including hiring, training, performance management, and professional development.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and executive presence.

+ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

+ Proven organizational and project management abilities.

+ Knowledge of governance, board processes, and organizational strategy.

+ Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Education & Experience

+ Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

+ 10+ years of progressive experience supporting senior executives, including work with CEOs and boards.

+ Demonstrated success in strategic planning and cross-functional leadership.
